What this is
ThaiFoodAtlas is a free directory of Thai restaurants in the United States, organised by state and city. Every listing has an address; most have a phone number, and where a business publishes its hours or services we show those too. Listings come from open data and from the businesses themselves, who can correct their card at any time — about the directory. Nothing on the lists is paid placement.
Pick a state above, or use the “near me” button to jump to the Thai restaurants closest to you. City pages show the full list with a map; state pages collect smaller towns that have a single Thai restaurant.

Common questions
What are the most common dishes at a Thai restaurant?
Menus usually include noodle dishes such as pad thai and pad see ew, curries in red, green, yellow and panang styles, fried rice, stir-fries and soups like tom yum and tom kha. Every kitchen is different, so check the restaurant's current menu.
How spicy is Thai food, and can I change the heat level?
Heat varies a lot by dish and by kitchen, and curries and salads are often the hottest. Many restaurants let you choose a heat level when you order, so ask the staff what the scale means at that restaurant.
Are there vegan or vegetarian options at Thai restaurants?
Many menus offer tofu or vegetable versions of noodles, curries and stir-fries. Traditional sauces and pastes may contain fish sauce, shrimp paste or oyster sauce, so confirm ingredients with the staff before you order.
What is the difference between the Thai curries?
Red, green and yellow curries are made from different chile pastes simmered in coconut milk, while panang and massaman are thicker, richer styles. Recipes and heat differ from kitchen to kitchen, so ask the staff how a curry is made.
Do Thai restaurants take reservations or offer takeout?
Policies vary: many small Thai restaurants are walk-in, while larger ones take reservations for groups. Call ahead to confirm reservations, takeout and delivery.
Why are some Thai dishes on a pan-Asian menu not listed here?
This directory is for restaurants whose menu is built around Thai cooking. Restaurants that only list a few Thai dishes on a broader pan-Asian menu are left out, as are Thai massage studios, Asian grocery stores, food trucks and catering-only kitchens.
